🏌️‍♂️ On May 21, the St. Johns Board of County Commissioners approved strategic recommendations to redevelop World Golf Village. 🌟 They directed County staff to prepare a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to gather proposals from developers, guided by community input from surveys and public meetings.

The BOCC will review the RFQ results in a future public meeting. Here’s what’s next:

1️⃣ Define the site vision and goals based on resident feedback.
2️⃣ Establish selection criteria.
3️⃣ Publish the RFQ in October 2024.
4️⃣ Conduct financial feasibility analysis of proposals.
5️⃣ Select a development partner by Q1 2025.
