New office in Ormond Beach Grand Opening Ceremony!
⚾️🇺🇸 **Red, White & CB Blue Grand Opening Celebration**
This is not your average ribbon cutting.
We’re opening the doors to our new **Coldwell Banker Premier Properties** office in **Ormond Towne Square**, and around here, we do not know how to keep things boring.
We’ve got **Party Marty**, **Susan the Baking Broker**, **Tara Smith making the social magic happen**, and a whole office full of people who actually know how to have fun while helping people buy and sell homes.
So naturally… we turned our grand opening into a baseball-themed community party. ⚾️

Come meet the team, enjoy ballpark-style snacks, take a photo, ask homebuying or homeselling questions, visit our plaza neighbors, and see why our Ormond office is already bringing a little extra energy to the square.
And because a party needs a twist, we’re also doing a **Home Run Card scavenger hunt**!
Pick up a **Home Run Card**, visit our participating retail neighbors, collect stamps, and return your card by **4 PM on June 12th** for a chance to win our **Grand Slam Baseball Basket**.
The basket includes:
