Making dreams come true isn’t always instant ~

When we got a referral a year ago for a set of buyers ready to buy their forever home - we had to do a little work. With credit education, constant checks in’s and a whole lot of patience… the hard work is coming together and we cannot wait to work with Jacqui L. Herr to get all parties to closing!

What a DAM Good Day!! 🔑 🏡

It's been a busy summer, and we couldn't be more grateful. From homes under contract to homes getting ready to close—and even exciting new construction projects—we've had the privilege of helping so many families move toward their next chapter. None of it would be possible without the incredible trust and support of our referral partners, Realtors, builders, title partners, and clients who continue to send people our way. Thank you for being part of The DAM Good Mortgage Team family—we're just getting started! 🏡

✨ It’s a DAM Good Day for the sweetest family and a closing that means so much to us. ✨

Yesterday, our we helped our dear friend Jody Nicolette Caputo family officially close on their dream home with Mattomy Homes — and this one was extra special. 🏡❤️

Jody’s daughter and Ali grew up playing lacrosse together all through high school, so walking through this journey with their family felt incredibly personal. What started as a difficult situation after the builder’s preferred lender couldn’t accept a contingency turned into a reminder of why we fight so hard for our clients.

There were multiple hurdles, multiple opportunities we had to work through, and plenty of moments where giving up would’ve been easier — but we kept pushing. And in the end, not only did the builder approve everything, they honored all of the concessions too. 🙌

Seeing this beautiful family get the keys to a home they truly love made every late-night phone call, every update, and every ounce of effort worth it.

Moments like these are why we do what we do. It’s never just about a transaction — it’s about helping families move into the next chapter of their lives. ❤️

Congratulations! We are SO excited for you and your family and beyond grateful you trusted us to help get you home. 🥹🔑
