Puppies & Pilates was AMAZING!!

A mat, a stretch, and some adoptable puppies looking for their forever homes. Add in fresh fruit and a round of raffle prizes, and it was a morning worth showing up for.

A huge thank you to Amber from Form and Flow Pilates for leading the class, to Jennifer with Beach State Realty for putting this idea together, and to Jessica for helping bring it all to life.

Congratulations to our raffle winners: Giovanni (gift basket), Julia (pilates classes), Tabitha (Physique Lab t-shirt and week pass), and Lindsay Lewis (Riverfront Nutrition gift card and samples).

This weekend, we're doing pilates a little differently.

Puppies & Pilates is happening Saturday, August 8th at James Godwin Riverfront Park in Palatka. Check-in starts at 9:30 AM, class begins at 10:00 AM. It's exactly what it sounds like: a pilates class on the field, adoptable puppies, right on the riverfront.

Bring your mat, and meet your new best friend. We'll have fruit cups, mocktails, multiple raffles, and goodie bags for everyone who RSVPs. SAFE Pet Rescue will be there too, so if you've been thinking about adding a dog to the family, this is a good place to start that conversation.
