Rick Kunzelman: Watson Realty Corp

Rick Kunzelman: Watson Realty Corp Born and raised in the New York/New Jersey area and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1970 with a BS in Chemical Engineering. And love to play golf.

I've had 40 plus years of experience in marketing, sales and sales management, the last 20 as part owner and VP of Sales with Bacchus Importers, a Maryland w**e importer and wholesaler. Have lived and worked in a number of different areas of the US, Canada and internationally and bought and sold houses all over the country. These experiences have given me a special perspective of just how important the right home investment decision can be. Now over three years residing in St Augustine--and what a great place to live and work, not to mention invest! Special interests include animals--my wife and I have two black labs and a cat in the family. We've owned small farms, cared for livestock and chickens and spent many years volunteering in pet rescue.
