The property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained both inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with platters, bowls, and all the utensils you could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning was efficient and quiet. We were so pleased to have found this gem for a very special weekend for our family.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in St. Augustine and we have been visiting for 14 years. The house was clean. Close to the beach. Sitting on the lanai with the view of the pond made for a relaxing evening. The rental office was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location of the property! The property though was outstanding with the views of the beach and the location being in close proximity to many restaurants and a quick drive to the historic areas of St. Augustine! Would definitely recommend to others debating on where to stay along with trying to book once again for future visits!

It was everything that I hoped it would be and more. You walked into an open space that had a glass wall you could open into the heated pool area (if it's not summer make sure to pay to have the heater turned on before you get there). The flow was perfect for catching up with relatives that I hadn't seen in a while and simultaneously watching our kids play in the pool together.
