💕 SOLD + BOUGHT | A Full Circle Moment 💕

One of my favorite parts of this job is seeing how real estate brings people together.

Today was extra special because we had both my sellers and buyer in the same room on closing day.

After 8 wonderful years of making memories in this adorable Oak Park condo, Mario, Dalia, and little Ezra officially passed the keys to Lannette, who is excited to begin her own chapter here.

What makes this even more meaningful is that Mario and Dalia are repeat clients, and now Lannette is too! There is something incredibly rewarding about helping families through multiple seasons of life and earning the trust to be part of those milestones time and time again. Forever grateful for that!

A home that was filled with love, laughter, and memories for the past 8 years now gets a new owner who will cherish and care for it just the same. 🏡✨

Hace años ayudé a Juanita a comprar su casa en Aurora, y desde entonces he tenido el privilegio de acompañarla en diferentes etapas de su vida — comprando, vendiendo, rentando, buscando y comenzando de nuevo.

Este proceso tomó tiempo, paciencia y mucha perseverancia, pero hoy por fin cerramos en una casa que realmente ama. 🏡❤️

Y honestamente, no tengo palabras suficientes para agradecer la confianza que Juanita ha depositado en mí durante tantos años y en momentos tan importantes de su vida. Para mí significa muchísimo poder acompañar a alguien no solo una vez, sino a través de diferentes capítulos y nuevas etapas.

DOUBLE CLOSING DAY for the sweetest couple!!🏡✨🎉💕

Norma & David officially closed on BOTH the sale of their home for 19yrs in Yorkville and the purchase of their beautiful new home also here in Yorkville!! 🙌🏼❤️

What started as simply helping them buy and sell a home quickly became so much more meaningful. Norma & David are truly two of the kindest, most genuine people, and somewhere along the way I definitely grew attached to them 🥹💕 It has been such an honor walking alongside them during such an important new chapter in their lives.

I’m so incredibly happy that this new home represents a fresh start filled with comfort, peace, happiness, and beautiful memories ahead.

What’s also cool is the real estate story behind all of this 👏🏼

While out showing homes, Norma & David fell in love with the Nickerson home listed by fellow agent Richie Corral. At the time, their current home wasn’t even fully active yet. But as soon as it officially hit the market, Richie immediately brought a buyer before showings had even fully started 🤯🙌🏼

So in the end, Richie and I ended up working together on two smooth transactions — I brought the buyers for his listing and he brought the buyers for my listing. 🥂

So incredibly happy for Gabie & Martin on the purchase of their very first home today! 🏡✨

Gabie has such a beautiful heart! She lovingly cares for her mom and her niece, constantly putting others before herself, and it was truly so special watching her finally receive such a huge blessing of her own. 💕

One thing that stood out so much throughout this entire process was her strong faith. Even during the stressful moments, she remained positive, trusting, encouraging, and supportive to everyone around her.

To make things even more amazing, she was able to take advantage of a $15,000 grant program and came to closing with no money down — and actually received about $250 back at closing. 🙌🏼 Such an incredible blessing and reminder that homeownership can truly be possible. 🏡✨
