Condominiums – While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and I am an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type. Multi–family – Investors are great clients for me. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me. Two closings, one exciting new chapter! 🏡❤️🔑

A HUGE congratulations to Eder & Jenna on the sale of their home AND the purchase of their beautiful new home today!

These two are still so young and already on their SECOND home! 🥹 I seriously couldn’t be prouder of them. Buying and selling at the same time comes with some big decisions, but I loved watching how thoughtfully they approached every step, taking their time, weighing their options, and making each decision with prayerful consideration.

It’s been such a joy watching them grow, not just personally, but as homeowners too. There’s something so special about seeing a young couple make such wise moves toward their future.

Some homes hold more than memories… they hold pieces of our hearts. ❤️🏡

This closing was a little extra special and emotional. I had the privilege of helping my sweet cousin sell a home that held so many years of love, laughter, milestones, and memories. A home where her children grew up and where some of life’s most meaningful moments took place.

Saying goodbye to a home like that isn’t easy, even when you’ve already started a new chapter elsewhere.
