🧠 If Zillow is hiding listings from you… why are you still using it?

Most people still believe Zillow is just a real estate search tool.

But Zillow is a licensed brokerage in all 50 states—and now they’re quietly removing listings that don’t benefit their business model.

If a seller chooses to test pricing or protect privacy by starting in a private network, Zillow bans the listing. Even if the seller and agent are acting entirely within the law.

That’s not consumer protection.
That’s steering—and it should concern every buyer, seller, and agent in the market.

👀 If you’re relying on Zillow, you’re not seeing the full picture.
Some of the best opportunities never even make it to the app.

Here’s what you can do:
✅ Ask your agent what isn’t showing up.
✅ Use multiple platforms.
✅ Work with someone who understands where real access comes from.

Because when a platform filters your view, it’s not a window—it’s a wall.
And we as agents have a duty to tell the truth about that.
