We will go over our strategic marketing plan and explain how RE/MAX listings stand out above the rest. Once there is a contract on the home, we will walk our sellers through inspection requests, what repairs need to be done, and deal with the appraisal process. We will help to ensure you get to the closing table as smoothly as possible. Buyers: When working with my buyer clients, we help educate them on the home buying process, and the steps they need to take for home ownership. It doesn't matter if you are a first time home buyer through an investor, every real estate transaction is different and our years of experience allow us to help educate our clients, negotiate the best price, and guide them down the right path.
