This one. This was so many things.💫

We had the honor of helping our lifelong friends sell their family home. A home filled with so much love and so many memories. It is truly more than just a house.🔑

There were lots of obstacles along the way. We were under contract four… FOUR times. Each one came with its own challenges, and never once was it due to the house or the sellers. I truly believe this home was waiting for the right family.🥰

And I am so happy to say, it found them.❤️🏡

We navigated every bump in the road with patience, optimism, and a lot of heart. In the end, we helped our clients and friends successfully sell their family home for over asking price, with the peace of mind that it will continue to be filled with love and new memories for years to come.✨

Selling homes isn’t about a paycheck for us. It’s about caring deeply for the people involved and understanding that this is never just a transaction. It’s a chapter of someone’s life.📖
