It has to start somewhere as we completed our first creative real estate meetup in Saint Cloud, MN. While there may have only been five of us attending we had enough variety of experience to have someone finance deals, one who is great at talking to sellers and closing deals, a couple who are young and hungry to learn, and me.
That's what's great about going to meetups to network is that you never know who you can talk to who can fit in what you are trying to accomplish. The next meeting is planned for April 22 either at the public library again or another more social spot so I will keep you updated.

Getting outside my comfort zone by hosting my first monthly networking meeting in Saint Cloud, Minnesota on March 28th. There is a wonderful meetup located in the Minneapolis area and I am planning to still attend that one. I just wanted to give something for those who can't or won't travel that far to still be able to connect, network, and talk about creative real estate.
