I truly don’t care!!

#1- how many houses we look at. I’ve had buyers find their home on the second showing. I’ve had buyers look at thirty. Neither one is wrong. We look until we find the right one, period.

#2- if you back out during inspection. That inspection period exists for a reason. If we get in there and something doesn’t feel right, you have options. I would never want you to buy a house you’re not confident in just because you feel like you can’t walk away. That’s what the process is designed for.

#3- how many questions you ask me. There is no such thing as too many. Buying a house is probably the biggest financial decision of your life. Ask me everything. Ask me the same question three times if you need to. That is literally what I’m here for.

If you’ve been holding back because you don’t want to be ‘too much’, believe me you’re not. Let’s find you the perfect home!!

Does it matter what lender you work with?! ABSOLUTELY it does! I have preferred lenders who I send my buyers to, because I know they get the job done! I know they will answer the phone when I call and I know they will answer all of my buyer’s questions.

Not all “big box” lenders are bad, but local lenders are typically always better!
