Homeownership has long been one of the most effective ways for families to build wealth and create financial stability for future generations.

Today, I was honored to join Senator Ashley Moody, Mayor Chris Robertson, and other community leaders to discuss the new Trump Accounts initiative and the opportunities it may create for young people.

During my remarks, I shared that these accounts can do more than support education and entrepreneurship. They may also help future generations take a step toward homeownership through down payment assistance and long-term financial planning.

As a Realtor, I see every day how homeownership can change the trajectory of a family's future. That's why I believe it's important to have conversations about creating more pathways to the American Dream.

The net worth of a homeowner is 43x greater than that of a renter. Not 2x. Not 5x. Forty-three.

Before a listing goes live, there’s a step most sellers never see.

I stop by vacant homes the day before photos and video to make sure everything feels right when buyers first come across it online. Little things matter more than people think, lighting, the front entry, what’s in the driveway, how the home shows the second you open the door.

My sellers live out of state, so this was their chance to make a first impression without being here.

A home doesn’t get a second first showing online. If buyers don’t connect with it in photos, they never schedule the visit.
