We are currently hiring for an onsite caretaker position starting May 2024.
Successful applicant must live on-site at one of our properties.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Common area cleaning
-Exterior building cleanliness
-Monitor buildings on a daily basis
-Tenant relations
-Light duty maintenance requests
-Ability to work independently
