Michael Schultz was born and raised in Duluth MN. Looking to get away from the brutal chill of Lake Superior, he moved away and has since been happy to call Saint Cloud his home. Michael has been in many leadership positions while he worked in manufacturing and road construction. Now applying his leadership and time management skills along with a passion for working hard to helping people with the biggest and most important purchase of their life. Michael is driven to exceed any and all expectations. He believes honesty, integrity, understanding, and communication are the key components to a long lasting relationship with you and your family. Also an exceptionally good listener, he makes sure that your wants and needs are his top priority, so he can deliver the best results possible. Michael is always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have and takes great pride in helping others. When Michael is not helping people find their perfect home or absorbing more knowledge about his trade, he is enjoying every moment with his amazing wife Amy and their two awesome sons Connor and Nathan, trying to give them the best childhood he can!
