Back-to-school season means busy mornings, backpacks, sports gear, homework…and if your home is for sale, you may also be trying to keep it ready for showings! 😅

A few simple tips to make both easier:

🎒 Create a backpack drop zone — Keep backpacks, shoes and jackets in one designated spot instead of by the front door.

🧺 Have a quick-clean basket — Keep an empty basket handy to quickly gather toys, papers and everyday clutter before a showing.

🛏️ Make beds part of the morning routine — One less thing to worry about when you get that showing notification!

🥪 Prep lunches the night before — Less kitchen mess during the morning rush.

👟 Keep shoes contained — A basket or bin in a closet keeps the entryway looking clean and welcoming.

🚗 Keep a “showing bag” ready — Snacks, homework, chargers and anything the kids might need if you have to leave the house for an hour.
