Thinking about selling your home FSBO (For Sale By Owner) in Louisiana? Here’s something you may not know… 👀

📋 Selling it yourself doesn’t automatically mean you get to skip the Property Disclosure!

Louisiana law generally requires sellers of residential property to provide the buyer with a completed Property Disclosure Document — even when there’s no REALTOR® involved in the sale.

And timing matters! ⏰
The disclosure generally should be provided before or no later than the time the buyer makes an offer.

There ARE certain exceptions under Louisiana law, so every situation isn’t exactly the same.

💡 Friday takeaway:
