Earlier this month I was fortunate enough to help 3 clients, each client had a special story!
🏠Sumter Co. Barndominium buyer:
Buyers reached out and stated they’d been looking at properties for 6 years, and couldn’t find the “one”! It took us 2 months but we found it, and they closed their purchase in 30 days!
🏠Summerville seller:
The seller was referred to me from a previous seller. My client was looking to move back to her childhood home town of St. George. This one was a challenge because the financial part had to make sense for all parties involved. It took us a little time but we found the perfect buyers for her home and we hit the figure needed to allow her to make the move back to her home town to be around friends and family!
🏠St George seller:
This home had fallen out of contract previously as buyers walked away at the closing table. I told my seller clients we did nothing wrong and we would be Ok! We took it off market temporarily but I actually had the perfect buyer reach out and we never made it back on to MLS!
