For her and the desert, it was love at first sight and she just knew, one day, St. George would be her home.

“I grew up skiing with my family and our trips to Alta, Solitude, Snowbird and Deer Valley were always my favourite. I first came to St. George when I was working for IRONMAN and I instantly fell in love with the area. I continued to visit for the next five years and then decided to leave

my home state of Florida behind to
move out west – something I had been dreaming of since I was eighteen.”

Karen’s passion for adventure, wellness, design, and voracious appetite for learning spills over to her career in Real Estate. Karen enjoys educating and supporting first-time homebuyers, finding a dream home for seasoned homebuyers, and hunting for great investment properties.

“I adore first-time homebuyers! When they get excited about a property, see
the big picture of building their life in a home, or realizing they can use their first home as jumping point for future real estate investments, it warms my heart and I absorb their excitement.”

Karen is a Jane-Of-All-Trades. She brings a background of couture retail sales, global marketing, social media management, business analysis, and non-profit leadership to her Engel & Völkers family and clients.

“My interest in Real Estate began at a young age. I used to draw “blueprints” as a child and learned drafting in college and fell in love with architecture and design. I have a great appreciation for all the tiny, design details that go into building a home.”

When not chauffeuring clients around town, Karen is probably out cycling. She has been a lifelong runner and is currently working on completing the Six Stars of the Abbot World Marathon Majors. Karen believes all you need to have a good day is to pet all the dogs and a McDonald’s ice cream cone.

I’ve been neglecting my Socials for a ridiculous amount of time while I was stuck in what seems like an endless loop of illness. Don’t worry, I’m feeling much better! I recharged in the sun like Wall•E, visited with family & friends, and did a lot of cuddling with my salchichas, Rinny & River.
