Some real estate journeys test your patience — and this one definitely did. After going under contract on three different homes, each one ended up having issues that just didn’t feel right for my clients. At the time, we thought those houses were “the one,” but sometimes things happen for a reason.

Instead of settling, my buyers stayed patient, trusted the process, and kept moving forward. And in the end? The 4th house turned out to be the best one by far.
