This is why most people move to St. George. Here’s what they wish they’d thought about first.
The red rock, the trails, the canyons. It’s what pulls most people here. But a lot of buyers fall in love with the scenery and forget to plan their home around it.
A few things worth thinking through before you buy:
Where you live changes how often you actually get out there. Some neighborhoods put the trails right at your back door. Others mean loading up the car every time.
Your garage matters more than you think. Bikes, kayaks, camping gear, side-by-sides. It all needs a home.
Check the HOA rules. Some communities limit trailers, RVs, and toy parking. Others are built for it.
Think about how you’ll use it year round. Summer mornings, fall weekends, winter hikes. The right spot makes it easy.
