1️⃣ Roof & gutters | Look for missing shingles, sagging spots, or debris buildup that could cause leaks.

2️⃣ Foundation & exterior walls | Scan for new cracks or shifting since last year.

3️⃣ Windows & doors | Check seals and weatherstripping for drafts before it gets cold.

4️⃣ Outdoor drainage | Make sure water flows away from your foundation, not toward it.
