As rumors fly about the real estate market in southern Utah, look at these statistics:

Jan. - March 2025::
655 units SOLD (homes, townhomes, condominiums, etc)
Volume: $404M

Jan. - March 2026::
721 Units SOLD
Volume: $459M

So what?
Units SOLD are up 10%
Volume is up 14%

Be careful of the noise you’re watching, hearing and reading. It helps ratings and sells ads but grossly misrepresents market conditions.
