Curing concrete is a top priority with kelsch construction. During the summer here in southern utah we have the risk of cement drying too fast and causing the slab to prematurely crack. The longer you can keep moister in the concrete the harder and stronger it will be. If you’re pouring in colder temperatures do not spray your newly poured slab as it can cause the concrete to crack from water freezing. Only after a few a hours in hot weather we recommend spraying the slab.
