Great Salsa!
Every time I make salsa people just love it! Then, they ask for my recipe.
But, since you can't taste it over the Internet (maybe the next great innovation) here is my recipe for great tasting salsa sure to please everyone. Unless you make it too hot!
Keep it mind that you can change the fruit I put in to make the taste slightly different.

2-24 oz cans of diced tomatoes with the juice
1-12 oz can of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles
1/2 chopped red onion
1/2 chopped yellow bell pepper
4 chopped sweet peppers
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup chopped jalapenos (I find it easier to use the kind you can buy in a jar and store in the fridge)
3 or 4 finely chopped cloves of garlic
1 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of lime juice
1 tbsp of stevia or sugar
1 cup of chopped fruit: your choice of peaches, pineapple, or mangos

Eat with tortilla chips such as On the Border Cantina Thins or Doritos Scoops.
