Sources say concerns began surfacing after multiple buyers and sellers described the same unusual behavior.
Allegations reportedly include:
📱 responding to texts “suspiciously fast”
📂 knowing contract details without having to “look it up”
🏡 becoming emotionally invested in clients’ homes
🔍 investigating neighborhoods, builders, and resale value excessively
💰 taking negotiations “far too personally”
🛑 refusing to let clients make reckless financial decisions

One anonymous source stated:
“She treated our purchase like it was her own investment.”
Another reported:
“I asked one question and somehow received a full strategy plan, lender recommendation, timeline, and backup options within the hour.”
