First thing I notice is that despite interest rates remaining high, our supply of active homes is actually decreasing month over month. This means for sellers that need to sell or that want to downsize, it can still a great time for that.

Stats for August are in!

Sales stayed almost the exact same as the summer slow down continued through the end of the month. With inventory and pending sales staying about the same, and sales prices not moving much, I anticipate similar numbers in September as we head into the fall. I've already noticed an uptick of traffic around town that usually leads to a busy October, but we'll see what happens this fall.
