When we moved from the Salt Lake area to St. George, these 3 things became non-issues… and honestly, I didn’t realize how much they were weighing us down until they were gone:

1. The air quality. No more tracking red days or worrying every time the kids want to play outside. The air here is noticeably cleaner and you feel it.
2. The sunshine. It’s not just “nicer weather.” It’s waking up energized. It’s going on walks in January. It’s mental clarity, better moods, and less seasonal funk. We thrive in the sun. I’ve honestly turned into a lizard.
3. The school culture. Our local high schools are smaller, more personal, and full of opportunities for kids to get involved. They don’t get lost in the crowd here.
