A few snaps from our day 😍

We had Monday off of school for Easter break and my 11 year old wasn’t so sure about going out to the Farm because “it’s probably for like 7 year olds”. No surprise, every single one of my kids had a blast!

Farm animals, petting zoo, fast slide, giant corn pit, swings, tricycle racing, mazes, you name it! Just a quick 15 minute drive from St. George and you feel like you’ve been transported back in time! My kids were a little mad at me that we didn’t try the parent powered roller coaster, but next time when dad comes 😉.

But the market actually follows a pattern every year in St. George

Spring is when things pick up the most

That’s when you’ll see the most activity and the most homes selling

For sellers, that means more buyers
For buyers, that means more options
But it also means more competition on both sides

Winter tends to slow down
Fewer buyers, fewer homes, and sometimes more opportunity depending on your strategy

There isn’t one “perfect” time to move
Just the right timing for your situation

They’re the shifts I care about as St. George continues to grow.

Moving here can be an incredible decision, when it’s done thoughtfully. The families who slow down, ask better questions, and plan ahead almost always love where they land.

Real estate doesn’t need to be louder in 2026.
It needs to be more intentional.
