Well, crap. We missed Alyssa Ramazetti's birthday. 🤦‍♀️🎂

Which feels especially unacceptable considering Alyssa loves organizing things and probably could have created a perfectly color-coded system to prevent this entire situation. 😂

So, a VERY happy belated birthday to our wonderfully unconventional Alyssa! 🥳

She’s a part-time nail tech, cat lover, collector of obscure information, avid TV watcher, organizational enthusiast, and someone who can strike up a conversation with just about anyone. 💅🐈🍷📺

Basically, Alyssa is delightfully hard to put in a box—and that’s exactly how we like her.

We hope your birthday included something excellent on TV, plenty of good conversation, and at least one cat. ❤️

Sometimes the best thing your Realtor can tell you isn’t what you want to hear.

It’s the truth.

Noah and Sam were making a big move with two little kids and a new job ahead of them. Their goal was clear: find the right home under $400,000 and feel confident they were making a smart decision for their family.

They didn’t want salesmanship.

They wanted facts.

Lou helped them understand each home from the inside out, the good, the questionable, and the things worth taking a closer look at.

Eventually, they found the right home. 🏡

But buying from a builder required another layer of trust. Noah and Sam had to feel comfortable with the builder, the warranty, and the promise that unfinished items would actually be
addressed.

That’s where having someone firmly in their corner mattered.

Lou negotiated a rate buydown and help with closing costs, then stayed on top of the inspection items before settlement.

By closing day, 99% of the inspector’s list had been fixed or completed by the builder. 🙌
They closed on time, with a home that was truly ready for their family.

But one of our favorite parts came when Noah and Sam described Lou’s approach:

He tells it like it is. Straightforward answers, whether you like them or not.

We’ll take that compliment every time. 😄

Your first home is more than a house.

It's birthday parties, scraped knees, bedtime stories, and watching your kids grow one year at a time.

For Dustin & Sarah, it was also the key to the next chapter.

With three growing children, they knew it was time for more space—a bigger home and a backyard where more memories could be made. But higher interest rates had them wondering if moving up was really possible without stretching their finances too far.
