After they fell in love with a FSBO (for sale by owner) which is its own set of challenges sometimes (IYKYK 😉) anyway, after getting everything lined up, it fell apart due to some inspection issues which the seller wasn’t willing to fix, I knew something better would come together and we found the perfect home! ❤️

I got to sell them a new house!! 🥳🏡

But more importantly what happened behind the scenes is way more important.

This deal in its entirety relied on due process.

Weeks of negotiation, strategy on how to combat some obstacles-and keeping an open mind; if it didn’t work out it wasn’t meant to be. We called in some experts when challenges arose and handled them all with grace.
