Here is the whole team! The lender, the buyers agent, the buyer, the listing agent and the sellers personal representative who I worked with directly to get the job done for the seller!

Very rarely, do you go to a closing where everyone wants to take a picture together not because of any particular reason but the opportunity just doesn’t really come about…

In this case, the whole entire team worked as a fine tuned machine, the buyer was amazing-The buyers agent was amazing. My client was amazing and all of us understood the assignment and all of us came together to make it happen. Every single step of the way we were one huge team. No issues, everyone working toward the same goal-the closing table.

The buyer and seller were so equally grateful for each other from the very beginning. We had about six offers on this particular property, and from the moment we received this offer, we knew it was the one.

Congratulations to my clients on this incredible milestone and dream come true.

This stunning estate not only features 6,400 square feet, 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and an in-ground pool — it also sits on 18.25 serene acres that truly make you feel like you’re in another world. I know this home will bring them many years of happiness and memories to come. 🥂

When my clients asked me to help secure this property, they also had specific terms and goals they wanted accomplished throughout the process.

What many people don’t see are the weeks of behind-the-scenes work: the conversations, negotiations, problem-solving, coordination, and strategy involved in bringing a transaction like this together. It’s one of the most rewarding parts of what I do, and something I never take for granted.

Funny how real estate has a way of reconnecting people. What started as just knowing each other back in high school turned into staying in touch over the years, and eventually having real conversations in adulthood about goals, timing, and what the future could look like.

This sweet couple gave me their wish list and homes they wanted to see, and I jumped on it right away, making it all possible. After searching across multiple towns while staying within budget, they kept coming back to one special home—and it’s easy to see why.

A sprawling yard overlooking a peaceful marsh, a picture-perfect backyard, and a location that feels tucked away while still being close to everything 🙌

And of course, the half-circle driveway… something I remember thinking was only for “rich people” growing up 😂
