This homeowner loved his neighbor’s attached roof structure with a fireplace. The only problem? By the time we added the patio, that feature alone could have eaten up $25,000-$30,000 of the budget.
Instead of telling him “no,” we showed him another option.
By making a few small design changes, we were able to create a similar outdoor living space using a pavilion structure that could be customized later, saving tens of thousands of dollars while still accomplishing the overall vision for the backyard.
