We recently listed (and sold) this vacant one-bedroom condo in Lakeview. The unit showed great in-person but just lacked that "wow factor" online. As a seller...we don’t believe in the “Lockbox, MLS, and Pray” method. You are paying us to sell your home, so that’s what we are going to do! We personally show our listings...only using lockboxes for emergencies. We spend many hours calling, and hand-writing notes to prospective buyers (and their agents) of your home!
