Born and raised in the Jacksonville area, Meshell Perry has called Florida home for over 50 years. She’s won numerous awards during her real estate career, including a spot in the top 1% of Realtors® in Northeast Florida and Homesnap’s Excellence in Customer Services award, which placed her in the top 5% of agents nationwide in 2019 and 2020. t Magazine, which dubbed her the Top Real Estate Agent in Florida. Meshell came to real estate after obtaining a degree in business and marketing from Jacksonville University and honing her skills as a territory manager for various product sales. To leverage her business and marketing skills to enable personal and professional growth for herself and others, Meshell earned her real estate license in 2017. She had early success, winning Rookie of the Year at her former brokerage in 2018. Meshell also received the brokerage’s No. 1 agent title for having the highest sales in 2020, the same year she earned her broker license. Since then, she’s continued striving for excellence through ongoing training and now includes marketing, renovation, staging, and brokering as part of her professional repertoire. As a Jacksonville native, Meshell is highly experienced working with properties throughout St. Johns, Duval, and Clay counties. Her expertise and superior professionalism have enabled her to work with a variety of customers, aiding them with everything from residential homes and condominiums to undeveloped land. From a young age, Meshell’s work ethic has been one of her defining characteristics, and she owes her many successes in life to it. She strives to bring that same level of dedication and hard work to each customer, working hard to provide the best experience possible. It’s an experience she delivers through a combination of expertise, careful guidance, and clear communication. Most importantly, Meshell understands how stressful real estate transactions can be, and she aims to put her customers at ease in all of her interactions. Meshell is married to her high school sweetheart, and they enjoy spending time with their daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. Her interests are crafting, decorating, shopping, enjoying time at the beach, and planning her next adventure with friends and family.
