⚠️ Water Shortage Declaration

The St. Johns River Water Management District has implemented a Phase 1 Water Shortage Declaration for St. Johns County, calling for voluntary water conservation and increased public awareness of efficient water use as the County faces extreme drought conditions.

The declaration calls for voluntary reductions in water use across the County and expanded public outreach on the importance of conservation. It also maintains the current once-per-week irrigation schedule, which the District is considering extending through daylight saving time.

This prestigious ranking, which covers ticket sales reported from November 14, 2024 through May 14, 2025, underscores The St. Augustine Amphitheatre’s reputation as a premier destination for live music.

During the six-month reporting period, The St. Augustine Amphitheatre
hosted an extraordinary lineup of artists, welcoming music legends like Diana Ross, ZZ Top, The Beach Boys, Chicago, Foreigner, and Joe Bonamassa; multi-night runs from iconic acts Willie Nelson and Widespread Panic; and sold-out shows by rising stars including Pretty Lights, WALLOWS, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, and Khruangbin. The venue also embraced seasonal programming, from Mannheim Steamroller’s Christmas concert to Apex Theatre’s live performance of It’s A Wonderful Life.

If possible, STAGING a house is very important in helping the buyer envision their furniture placement. I believe in staging the majority of the time. I am RESA-Certified Staging Advocate designation.

Staging the living room was most important for buyers (37%), followed by the primary bedroom (34%) and kitchen (23%). Among sellers, the most commonly staged rooms were the living room (91%), primary bedroom (83%), dining room (69%) and kitchen (68%).
