OK friends, I always appreciate when you all support me and share the posts, but I am going to specifically ask for help with this one.

This listing belongs to dear friends of mine and they are no longer a good fit for this property. This is a truly wonderful home, multiple heating sources, spacious layout, walk out basement, room for animals, minutes to East Burke, no zoning and school choice from kindergarten through high school.

You don’t know what you don’t know. 🏡

Real estate is one of those things where it’s easy to have an opinion based on what you’ve heard, what your neighbor did, or what Zillow says. 😅

That’s exactly why having a professional in your corner matters — not because you can’t do it yourself, but because there are a lot of little things you don’t know you need to know until you’re in the middle of a transaction.

My job is to make sure you don’t have to learn them the hard way. 🤍
