Just Sold! This Seller lived in her home for more than 45 years and she trusted her long time friend, Rosemary Gingue, owner of Begin Realty, to represent her on her recent sale of her property. Many warm and cherished memories were not left behind, they will always be held in her heart, yet she is excited to have a new family enjoy her property, know that children will run in the fields, and possibly have horses or sheep again some day! Real estate transactions are not just "sales" - they are new beginnings for sellers and buyers! We wish the very best to our Seller and friend, and certainly send best wishes to the new family and sincerely thank their agent who assisted in this new beginning!
