It wasn't something that we thought was possible after beginning our careers. God showed us how it WAS possible. Kameron knew that Kristy was the woman he was supposed to marry after dating for 6 months. He proposed, she said yes, and 3 months later we bought our first home together in December 2013. To say we move fast is an understatement! Fast forward a couple of years. At this point, we had Av
a, our Bernese mountain dog, and welcomed our daughter, Malia, into the world. We were fixing up our house and getting ready to sell. Our house was always a construction zone. Our daughter used to fall asleep to the sound of an air compressor running. It seemed normal to her because we renovated throughout the pregnancy. We both put our Bachelor’s degrees to good use. It was comfortable working a corporate job, but we loved the idea of owning our own business someday. We decided it would revolve around helping people with their homes. Before we were Realtors, we looked at new listings often. Our approach was: “You never know when the perfect home will be available to buy!” We both found ourselves drawn to real estate. A couple more years passed, and our dream of starting our own business seemed to be fading away. We were getting more and more ingrained in our careers. Each day we woke up and went to work. Our minds focused on how we could help the companies we worked for succeed. Finally, God decided it was time to force the issue. Kameron's mortgage lending position was eliminated after a record sales year. He had spent ten years with the company. After the initial shock, he was grateful because it seemed to make sense. He decided to dive into Real Estate and Construction and obtained a license for both. Kristy joined him about a year later. She got her real estate license and quit her steady income job so we could go all in. God provided us with experiences that led to helping others in real estate. Kameron worked in the mortgage industry for four years. He led a team of mortgage originators. He spent a total of 10 years in the banking industry. He is currently a licensed general contractor. Kristy used her WMU degree in ISM Management at Whirlpool Corporation. She has a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She has eleven years in supply chain and continuous improvement roles. She is very process and systems-focused. Our prior experience helps us navigate well through all things real estate. We’d love the opportunity to help you. We commit to integrity, quality, growth, and Helping You Find Home.
