Watching Realtors who started in 2020 talk about “the good old days” while I entered the business in 2022 like… 😭😂

I didn’t even get the easy mode. I walked straight into:

✔️ rising interest rates
✔️ nervous buyers
✔️ confused sellers
✔️ deals falling apart
✔️ “maybe after the election”
✔️ “let’s wait until rates drop”

By 2024 we were all just trying to survive… and 2025 said “hold my beer.” ☠️🤣

Honestly though, getting into real estate during the chaos probably built a different kind of resilience. If you can survive THAT market, you can survive just about anything. 💪🏡 🏯⛪️
