Last day to vote in the Herald Palladium Readers’ Choice Awards! ❤️

There are so many great local businesses and people in the Top 3 this year, so if you haven’t voted yet, take a few minutes today to support your Southwest Michigan favorites!

I’m incredibly grateful to be nominated for Favorite Real Estate Agent, and it’s extra special this year because my son Finn also made the Top 3 for Best Photographer (in the general services category) after several years of photographing SJHS sports, families and local events. Very proud mom moment.

No matter who wins, congratulations to everyone nominated. It’s pretty amazing to see so many people who make our community special being recognized.

Check out Gretta Volkenstein - . Check it out now! Nominate today!

JUST SOLD ON LAKE CHAPIN 🌊

Two very different properties, each offering a special opportunity in Berrien Springs.

4435 Lake Chapin Road is a one-of-a-kind multi-acre waterfront retreat featuring an updated home, beautiful lake frontage, a private stream, dock, sports court, pole barn and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.

Nearby, 3788 Beech Court offered a vacant lakefront lot ready for its new owners to bring their plans and vision to life.

I’m grateful to have represented the sellers of these Lake Chapin sales across the finish line. Congratulations to everyone involved!

Considering selling a waterfront home, vacant land or another unique Southwest Michigan property? I’m always happy to provide an honest assessment of its value and the best way to bring it to market.

COMING SOON | ST. JOSEPH ✨

I have a feeling this one is going to get some attention👀

Over 4,700 finished sq. ft., 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, main-floor primary suite, 3-car garage, an incredible finished lower level AND one of my favorite backyards I’ve seen in a while.

Inside, a beautiful two-story entry, vaulted great room with skylights and a 3-sided stone fireplace, custom built-ins throughout, large kitchen with island and walk-in pantry, private office, formal dining room and a main-floor primary with its own sunroom/sitting room.

And the basement is SO good. Another stone fireplace, kitchenette/wet bar, huge family room, theater setup, game/music room, 5th bedroom and full bath. It could also work really well for guests or multigenerational living.

A huge new composite deck, two covered outdoor living areas, fire pit, fully fenced yard and a mature tree line across the back make it feel surprisingly private.

A few other things I love that you don’t always find together: 2 laundry areas, a huge mudroom/drop zone with custom built-ins, tons of storage, central vac, irrigation system and a heated 3-car garage. Great neighborhood with no HOA.

📍 Stone Creek | St. Joseph address
🎓 Lakeshore Schools

📐 4,700 finished sq. ft.

If you know someone who’s been looking for a larger home in the St. Joseph/Lakeshore area, send this one to them before it hits the market. ❤️
