I created this page because I thought it would be really fun to watch run down houses come to life through remodels! Im happy to exchange design ideas, contractor referrals, best deals on purchases and everything else that goes into rehabbing houses! We do most of the work ourselves and even include our kids (and yes, dogs too) in the remodels. Our business focuses on multiple real estate adventures which include "flipping" properties, full time rentals and vacation rentals

I'll also post our rental houses on here too as they become available. We currently have three full time rentals in St. Joseph, MO and a vacation rental house at Lake of the Ozarks (in Gravois Mills)
