10 Years of Carolyn ❤️

As of August 09, we celebrate 10 years of Carolyn Paden as a REALTOR® with the Paden Group ReeceNichols Ide Capital Realty, LLC.

Ten years is a milestone. But when I think about Carolyn’s ten years, I don’t think first about transactions, contracts, houses or numbers.

I think about people.

I think about the countless clients who have trusted her, called her, leaned on her, and welcomed her into some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Carolyn has an incredible way of making people feel cared for. She listens. She remembers. She notices the little things. And she genuinely wants what is best for the people she serves.

That is why, over the years, she has built something far more valuable than a database of clients.

She has built a Circle of Influence filled with people who know they can trust her—people we call family today!

And then there is what she means to the Paden Group.

For the past 10 years, Carolyn has been right beside me—not only serving our clients, but helping me navigate the daily demands of running a real estate business. She is behind so many of the details that keep things moving. Her experience, wisdom, attention to detail and willingness to jump in and help have been invaluable.

And yes… she is also my Mom. ❤️

That makes this milestone especially meaningful to me.

I am incredibly proud of the REALTOR® she has become, but even more proud of the person she is. She brings kindness, patience, integrity and genuine care into everything she does.

She may work with the Paden Group, but anyone who knows us knows there has never been any question about who is actually in charge. 😂

Carolyn, thank you for 10 incredible years. Thank you for believing in me, believing in the Paden Group, and most importantly, for believing in and caring for the people we are blessed to serve.

Here’s to 10 years—and to all the people whose lives you have touched along the way.
