Couldn’t be more proud as I got to watch Breckyn being recognized by the last night with two other distinguished gentlemen, Carlos Cubia and Mike Campbell, at the Grand Rapids Heart Ball. They were named “Caretakers of the Torch” (the torch symbol in the AHA logo) which represents the power of helping our neighbors live healthier lives through the work they have done…providing a light in the darkness of poor health and disease. ❤️
(The theme of the evening was Heart-Healthy Movement so tennis shoes were worn with your outfit)
And we got to see some of her Miss Michigan pageant friends that we haven’t seen in a while!! What a great night!! So proud of our girl! 👏✨
