These 2 single family homes have been turned into apartments. They are all fully furnished and have their own kitchens, dining areas, living room etc. All kitchen pots/pans/dishes/utensils and standard size appliances. The 3 bedroom unit has a laundry room(free) inside the rental, the other units have access to free laundry in the basement. Each unit has access to an outside seating space and charcoal or gas grill for your preference. Please note, Beach House Rentals is a family destination in a residential neighborhood.
