🏚️ Little House Update 🏚️

What started as new windows and doors quickly turned into a pretty extensive gut-and-rebuild of an exterior wall. 😳

Unfortunately, we uncovered some pretty extensive old termite damage—definitely not the kind of surprise you're hoping for during a renovation.

The good news? We have the right people on the job.

This one was well beyond our skill set, so I'm incredibly thankful that Chris Bernard and Diego stepped in to save the day. We've known Chris forever, and one thing I know for certain is that he does things the RIGHT way. No shortcuts. No patch jobs. Just quality work done correctly.

Not the update I was planning to share today, but that's the reality of old houses. Sometimes you have to peel back the layers before you can make something solid again.

Onward and upward! 🔨❤️

Down here in the Historic West Bottoms 12th St. Bridge Entertainment District helping my sister at Java Garage LLC - jumped into a line dance when I should be home de-waxing my computer.

That’s right, I melted my deodorant down the keyboard when moving the kids to Oregon!🤪 But seriously, anyone have any tips on getting deodorant from under the left space key???
