On July 29, 2025, we proudly celebrated the Grand Opening of Wadaag Commons, a transformative 39-unit affordable housing development in the heart of Minneapolis’ Seward neighborhood- Minneapolis — a project rooted in dignity, sustainability, and community. Designed with resident input at every stage, Wadaag Commons features walkout family units, solar panels, green roofs, play areas, and shared gathering spaces — because affordability should never come at the cost of quality or connection. We were honored to be joined by an incredible group of leaders and partners whose remarks and presence made the event truly memorable.
