Unusual Home Inspection Finding: Improper Attic Venting - Occasionally Metro Inspections will find issues that are a hazard that the current home owner may not even be aware of. This a photo of the main Gas Flue pipe in the attic venting the Furnace and the Water Heater. The pipe has become dislodged and is venting gases into the attic. This is considered a Hazard!
