We are hiring! Facility Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time position for a Facility Maintenance Technician located in the Twin Cities, MN, performing maintenance at our properties throughout the Twin City area. The Facility Maintenance Technician will handle daily tasks including equipment maintenance, general building maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. The technician will ensure the operational efficiency of the facility by carrying out preventive maintenance and responding to urgent maintenance calls.

Qualifications
-Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
-Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance
-Skills in Maintenance & Repair
-Strong working knowledge of building systems
-Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Relevant certifications or training in maintenance or facility management
-High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
-HVAC experience a plus

Ted's Homemade Apple Cider
You all know Ted, right? One of the unsung heroes of our Facilities Management team. Well, it's that magical time of year again—fall! And you know what that means: Ted's rolling in with a gallon of his legendary, fresh, cold-pressed apple cider. It's so good, it could make a pumpkin spice latte jealous. When we asked him for his secret, he just grinned and said, "Sweet Tango Apples." Yep, that's it. Pure apple wizardry.
