The James J. Hill Days 45th annual event was a success! It was so much fun meeting and teaching people about our brand new project, Ventana Apartments, opening Nov. 2021!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and entered to win the grand prize - one nights stay at the Landing Hotel and dinner in downtown Wayzata!

The 10-story, 192-unit building sold for over $305,000 per unit, a first for a multifamily property outside of downtown.

We're thrilled to announce that the Duluth School Board approved a purchase agreement with Saturday Properties for the former Duluth Central High School site. This site sits at the top of the hill in Duluth with amazing views of Lake Superior. This project, in addition to the Historic Old Central High School, will be Saturday's second project in Duluth.

The co-developer of Nolan Mains has acquired two other 50th & France buildings since December and now controls a significant chunk of the shopping district's retail space.

We're excited to share our progress and updates on Duluth's Zenith DCHS!

Historic Old Central High School in Downtown Duluth won't host school board meetings and district offices for long. The school board has entered into a purchase agreement with developer 'Saturday Properties' who hopes to turn the iconic Duluth building into over 100 apartments.
