We are seeking an individual with one or more years of multi housing experience to become a member of our team that performs full unit renovations. This takes place at properties all over the metro from single family to multi-family settings. Experience in home renovation is preferred. We also accept applicants without the previously stated experience and will provide the appropriate training. Great customer service skills are necessary.

This position offers a full time schedule Monday thru Friday during standard business hours. HOMLYFT is a fast growing company and we are looking for an individual to grow with us.

Requirements for the position:
- Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Prepare vacant apartments in a timely manner.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of parts and supplies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of safe working conditions.

Must have the knowledge and ability to perform the following duties:
- Interior/Exterior Painting
- Repair/replace locks, smoke alarms
- Preventative Maintenance
- Minor plumbing/electrical repairs
- Perform general carpentry repairs
