Big news — Landco Homes is officially full time! 🏠🔨

A year ago this business started as nights, weekends, and side jobs after work. Yesterday marked one full year since I took the chance and started Landco Homes, and somewhere along the way it grew into enough work, support, and opportunity for me to make it my full-time job.

After spending my entire working life with Chris Garland Construction, making the decision to go out on my own was a big step. But I’m ready and excited for what’s ahead.

This last year has brought some really great clients and projects my way. I’ve had the opportunity to work on everything from smaller home projects to large scale remodels and additions. I’ve even had clients come back for second and third projects. That kind of trust means a lot.

Every referral, share, comment, and recommendation has helped grow this business more than you probably know.

I wouldn’t be here without the support from this community, friends, family, and everyone who’s trusted me to work on their homes.

We’ve already got a busy schedule ahead, but if you’re needing work done — whether it’s a new build, remodel, concrete, additions, or general home projects — feel free to reach out through messenger or at 785-844-2115.

I appreciate all the support over this last year and I’m looking forward to what’s ahead for Landco Homes.
